POSTAGE - We only post from MONDAY TO THURSDAY to ensure your worms arrive fresh and are not sat in the postal system over the weekend!
All orders placed before 1pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched same day
Free delivery on all orders of live fishing bait or any other products.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thewormhub@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and returns
We accept returns on non-perishable items up to 30 days after delivery, providing your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. your item must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
On perishable items, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your items so that we can find a solution as soon as possible.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thewormhub@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
